UDA Holdings Official Website

Category : Website

Horizontal Parallax, Elegantly Monochromatic

Urban Development Authority of Malaysia (UDA) was established on 12 November 1971 under the Ministry of Public Enterprise. In 1996, it was incorporated and changed its full name to UDA Holdings Sendirian Berhad (UDA Holdings Private Limited). Later in 1999, it changed its status to a public limited company and changed its name to UDA Holdings Berhad.

We were brought on board by del Suria to develop their corporate website. As UDA’s scope of business is encompasses commercial & residential property, malls, hotels and facilities management; we had to give it a wide scope. This was why del Suria designed the website to be horizontal parallax. We employed the heavy use of GSAP by GreenSock on top of JavaScript HTML5.

Client Review

" In recent years, we’ve been working together on various projects from PNB E-Cards to Corporate Websites for UDA Holdings and Xeraya Capital. We value this dynamic partnership as on top of being very capable front-end developers, Elite Werks truly understands our creative design flow and processes in developing digital assets with a fulfilling user experience. "

HORIZONTAL PARALLAX

The front page of this website is horizontal parallax, where different objects of different layers moves at varying speeds while the user scrolls horizontally. This gives the user a sense of depth on just how big UDA Holdings really is, and how’ve they’ve been a part of Malaysia’s urban development.

CUSTOM DESIGN & CMS

The website was developed from scratch using GSAP by GreenSock, CSS, JS and HTML5 scripts. It is based on a fully custom design by del Suria’s creative team, inspired by the golden/monochromatic themes which signifies class, elegance and good age.
