ADMIN EXECUTIVE – 1 Position

Responsibilities

  • Liaison with Heads of Companies/Divisions to implement and control the business planning, marketing and budgeting for all business units in regional area.
  • Closely monitoring the activities and subsequently to conduct relevant studies and analysis to ensure regional area achieves the profit maximization and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate and manage regional area in accordance with the business needs and aspiration in compliance with the established standard policies and procedures.
  • Ensure regional financial and accounting management are in order by closely monitoring the transactions, minimizing ageing and outstanding payments from customers.
  • Contribute to the development of staff career progression and advancement through conducting regular meeting, coaching, counseling and performance review sessions.
  • Ensure immediate payments to KOPETRO’s members and vendors by endorsing invoices, vouchers and other related documents as soon as possible in accordance to the established standards and procedures.
  • Established a friendly and conducive working environment and gain strong support from members of the staff.
  • Ensure that KOPETRO products and services are well established and well known among its members, suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure membership application by PETRONAS staff and credit applications by KOPETRO members are being checked, processed and endorsed as soon as possible.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Leadership, problem solving, public relation, teamwork, customer oriented.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

SALES EXECUTIVE, MANPOWER SUPPLY – 1 Position

Responsibilities

  • Execute and implement yearly sales plan consists of number of project, project value, market segmentation analysis and periodical services through maintaining current job and securing new potential business in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Plan and conduct promotional activities such as roadshows, campaigns, briefing, email blast, website and telemarketing by leveraging KOPETRO ICT and MCC department events to maximize effective sales activities and create awareness to customers.
  • Plan, prepare and conduct daily sales activities through meeting and appointment with potential and existing clients to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales plan.
  • Plan and prepare yearly sales budget and forecast by reviewing the current and previous sales trend to ensure the cost effectiveness and maximum return in line with the departmental target.
  • Develop and introduce new services by analyzing market demand and services offering to ensure attractive and competitive services in related industries.
  • Establish good rapport and network with customers, suppliers, vendors and partners through regular engagements and visits in order to sustain long term business relationship, company credibility and reputation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with business development and marketing of others subsidiaries to produce attractive package and service offerings in order to maximize the sales.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (experienced in sales with oil & gas companies will be advantage)
  • Required Skill(s): Communication, public relation, sales & marketing, market analysis, creative.

GROUP MARKETING MANAGER – 1 Position

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies.
  • Ensure efficient distribution of resources and assist the teams when required.
  • Work with the marketing director and analyze the results of the business and come up with strategies for the different products and acquisitions of the company.
  • Manage small teams based in different locations.
  • Drive the marketing strategy and positioning for the company.
  • Co-ordinate the campaign executions.
  • Continually identify and improve the product positioning and core customer segments.
  • Come up with innovative, customer-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Get input and feedback from customers to continuously improve the growth.
  • Define the long-term marketing strategy with the marketing director.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the PR activities of the firm and its related agencies if any.
  • Research about the current marketing trends and keep tabs on competitors.
  • Act as a link between the sales and marketing organizations.
  • Negotiate with vendors and distributors to manage the product distribution, build distribution networks and distribution strategies.
  • Oversee the hiring, training and performance evaluations of the sales and marketing staff and also their daily schedules.
  • Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results.

  • Conduct research to determine market conditions for current and new products.
  • Determine the market budget and ensure the budget is not exceeded.

  • Provide product enhancements for all the teams.
  • Know about the company data and structure and update the knowledge regularly.
  • As a group marketing manager, you will also have to co-ordinate with teams across different departments such as sales, corporate communications, legal, product development, engineering and more.
  • Supervise preparation of the budget, venue and expenses forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed the financial targets by the end of the quarter or financial year.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Progessional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

RISK MANAGEMENT MANAGER – 1 Position

Responsibilities

  • To manage the risk management program to ensure a uniform process for identifying, assessing and monitoring risk and controls is in compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group risk management standards.
  • To facilitate business process improvement initiatives across all division for the betterment of the business/financial/regulatory governance and controls for the company that include the development and implementation of systems and enhancement of existing policies and procedures.
  • To track risks factors and review mitigation factors with the respective business/process owners within the identified time frame.
  • To facilitate and advise respective head of departments in managing risk exposures within their own boundaries and continuously and proactively manage the mitigation action plans.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, provide recommendations and follow through on the progress of all identified execution plans relating in managing risks and compliance exposure across all departments.
  • To ensure adequate insurance coverage for corporate and projects.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Assess financial, operational, risks, review adequacy and streamline improvement of the company’s Internal Control.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance/Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent .
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Audit, Risk Management, or Business operations .
  • Good working knowledge of actuarial, investment, risk management, insurance operations or financial operations.
  • Key knowledge of best practices in risk management and internal controls; emerging issues relating to risk management, insurance/financial services industry and risk management principles would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
